Why We Built This Site
Arkansas makes many court and agency records available, but Stone County does not place every warrant in one public list. Stone County District Court handles traffic, misdemeanor, local ordinance, and preliminary felony matters. The Stone County Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit Court criminal files. The Sheriff handles service, custody questions, and public records within the limits of Arkansas law. Search ARCourts can supply preliminary public case information, yet it is not a full warrant database and cannot replace direct confirmation.
That split can cause a false sense of clearance when only one source is checked. Bench-warrant records may stay hidden from remote access before return, and sealed, juvenile, expunged, active-investigation, ACIC, and NCIC information has separate limits. We bring the verified official routes together so readers can ask the right office about their own record or a family member's notice without treating a portal result as a final legal status.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant checks: how Search ARCourts, the Sheriff, District Court, and Circuit Clerk fit into an official Stone County warrant check
- Active warrants: why the Sheriff's curated public-safety display is not a complete county roster
- Missed court dates: how bench and failure-to-appear warrants arise and why the issuing court controls recall
- Other warrant types: how arrest, traffic, and city-court warrants move from a judge to a serving agency
- Resolution routes: the questions to ask about bond, appearance, payment, return, and recall before acting
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource, not an Arkansas government service. We are not connected with Stone County District Court, the Circuit Clerk, the Sheriff, or any other public agency. Those boundaries mean:
- We cannot perform or certify an official warrant search
- We cannot recall, quash, remove, or clear a court order
- We cannot take a fine, fee, bond, or other case payment
- We cannot schedule court, arrange surrender, or direct a walk-in
- We cannot provide legal advice about a specific case
- We cannot guarantee that a portal entry or procedure remains current
Only the issuing court or the law-enforcement office that holds the order can confirm whether a warrant exists, remains active, or has been recalled.
Search Partners
Third-party providers operate the search boxes that appear on some pages. They control their services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports the resource. We do not set provider charges or control the information returned. Third-party data is not an official Stone County warrant check and must not replace verification with the court or Sheriff.
